Our standard processing timeline is 5-14 business days from purchase for most lasered items. Please allow an extended timeframe, during peak seasons. Crochet items not in stock will take longer. If you need it sooner, or a more definite timeframe, please send an email to chbyshelli@gmail.com.

FREE local pick up available for NWI orders. If choosing local pick up, you will receive the pickup address in your email once the order is ready.

Shipping to the USA only. For international orders, please send a inquiry to chbyshelli@gmail.com for a quote.

We reserve the right to combine purchases and ship together.

Creating Happiness by Shelli is not responsible for the package once it is in the mail carrier’s possession. You will, however, receive tracking information by email once the package has been shipped.

Majority of orders will be shipped via USPS priority, but if you require a specific mail carrier or shipment timeframe, please notify us at the time of purchase.

Refunds

All personalized or custom orders are final sale.

Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it and contact us if your item(s) is defective, damaged or is the incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and can rectify it.
